Designed For Real Hands

To those of you who have trusted us with your comfort, I want to share something from the heart.

Over the past few months, we’ve received messages and stories that stopped us in our tracks. Notes from customers navigating arthritis. Aging hands. Recovery after a stroke. Days when grip, precision, or strength aren’t guaranteed, but the desire to care for your body still is.

Those stories mattered deeply to me.

They reminded me that comfort isn’t only about ingredients, rituals, or sustainability goals, it’s also about ease. About dignity. About being able to show up for yourself without friction.

Because of this, we’ve decided to bring back our cuticle pen.

Not as a step away from our environmental commitments, but as a step toward our people.

We remain deeply devoted to making thoughtful, responsible choices for the planet. That hasn’t changed. What has expanded is our understanding that sustainability must also include the human experience — especially for those whose bodies move differently, slowly, or with more care.

If a pen means you can nourish your skin without strain… If it means independence instead of assistance… If it means comfort without compromise…

Then it belongs here.

Naturally London has always been about honoring real lives, real bodies, and real needs. This choice is simply an extension of that truth.
