During free shipping and flat rate promotions, Naturally London offers Ground Advantage shipping only. Naturally London does not pay for expedited shipping. If expedited shipping is selected and not paid for by the customer, Naturally London will process the order with Ground Advantage shipping.
Returns & Refunds on naturallylondon.com: Did one of our products leave you unhappy? If so, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue. Refunds will be issued in the same manner they were received and merchandise credit will be issued in certain instances.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless there is an error on our part.
DAMAGED OR ITEM(S) MISSING IN YOUR ORDER
Route shipping protection is available at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers who opt out of Route assume full responsibility for their shipment. Naturally London does not replace or refund items damaged or lost during transit when Route protection is declined.
If you purchased the Route Protection Insurance and have any problems with your order (not received, damaged, or missing items), please contact us immediately at orders@naturallylondon.com. We will happily replace any items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please submit photo images of the damaged, missing, or defective product(s).
MISSING PACKAGE DUE TO SHIPPING CARRIER
If you opted for Route Protection Insurance, simply email orders@naturallylondon.com for assistance.
If you did not opt in for Route Protection, and your package shows a delivered status by the USPS, please note we empathize with you. However, their policy is to direct customers to file a claim. We cannot file the claim on your behalf. If you order was shipped by FedEx, please contact us via orders@naturallylondon.com.
Naturally London will not be responsible for orders with a delivered status via USPS. If FedEx or UPS show a delivered status, we will have to evaluate on a case by case basis if we will be able to refund or reship.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGE OF MIND
Orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping can be cancelled or modified. Please note: there is a 10% restocking and payment processing fee for all orders that are cancelled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments to include your refund.

All orders will be process between 4-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
Naturally London only ships to select countries. If you do not see your country, please contact us via email. Any and all customs fees and charges related to your (the customer’s) order/package are 100% your responsibility. Naturally London is not responsible for and will not pay customs charges for any orders. International orders can take several weeks to arrive as they must pass through customs, therefore, we can not guarantee a timeline.
