Returns & Refunds on naturallylondon.com: Did one of our products leave you unhappy? If so, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue. Refunds will be issued in the same manner they were received and merchandise credit will be issued in certain instances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless there is an error on our part.

Free Stuff: We provide *free samples with qualifying orders. Must spend a minimum of $50.00. *While supplies last.

If you have any problems with your order (not received, damaged, etc.), please contact us immediately at love@naturallylondon.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).

Orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping can be cancelled or modified. Please note: there is a 10% restocking and payment processing fee for all orders that are cancelled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments to include your refund.
