Pre-Work (Approx. 2 Hours | Completed in Advance)

A guided intake designed to surface patterns, friction points, and the areas where comfort may be leaking from your daily life. This allows our live time to be focused and high-impact.

Live VIP Session (Approx. 3 Hours | Digital)

• Session One (90 Minutes): We unpack your primary goal, identify mindset patterns, and clarify what can be simplified or released immediately.
• Integration Break (60 Minutes): A built-in pause to allow insight to settle before moving into application.
• Session Two (90 Minutes): We build your personal Comfort Blueprint live—covering daily rhythms, environmental shifts, regulation tools, and home-based practices.
