Can I track my order?
Yes! You will instantly receive a confirmation email once you place your order. Then you will receive an additional email with your tracking information once your has shipped. The USPS is not scanning most packages once they receive them. This is out of our control. Please be patient as they navigate through massive quantities of packages.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we mainly ship to United States and Canada. We have few international clients. Contact us if you do not see your country.
What are your shipping rates?

Your online store is closed. How often does this happen?
We close shop twice a year due to holiday. Aug 1 - Aug 31 Dec 18 - Jan 7 Any orders placed during this time will not be processed until our return. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you test on animals?
No. But, we do test on humans. Just kidding. Not only are we cruelty-free, but we ensure our suppliers provide cruelty-free ingredients. We are cruelty-free certified by PETA and Leaping Bunny.
Is Naturally London's products pregnancy safe?
We recommend before using any of our products to please do your research. Also, discuss your intentions with your health care practitioner. Every woman is different and responds differently to ingredients during the time of pregnancy. We encourage you to listen to your own body and intuition, as well as your practitioner when testing and choosing bodycare products.
How will I know if I am allergic to one of your products?
Check our ingredient lists to see if there are any ingredients listed that may cause an allergic reaction. Sample sizes can be purchased in select items. If you are uncertain about any product, please contact us prior to purchase. In order to test our foot polishes and foot butters, rub a bit of the product in the small of your arm (arm crease) to see if you get an allergic reaction. For our soaks, if while soaking your feet start to itch, burn or overall discomfort, discontinue use.
Are your products vegan?
All of our products are vegan certified except the following item(s): Healing Foot balm - contains beeswax
Why does the color vary in your products?
We use all natural ingredients and just like most things in nature, there is a slight difference in color variations. Our products get their color from natural sources. We do not use any artificial coloring. Even though colors may vary in each batch, it doesn't take away the amazing quality or effectiveness of our products.
What is the shelf life or PAO (period-after-opening)of your products?
All of our products are fresh and made in small batches. This is to ensure quality and our loving personal touch. Most of our products have a shelf life of one year.
What makes Naturally London differ from other footcare & handcare lines?
Naturally London is handcrafted from scratch and hand poured using no synthetic colors, no artificial fragrances, no parabens, no wax, no mineral oils, no phthalates, no sulfates, no petroleum, no fillers, no water. We use only THERAPEUTIC-GRADE ESSENTIAL OIL. We do not use artificial fragrance oils or any synthetic colors in any of our products. We make our own natural coloring sources using plants, roots and flowers excluding micas. We use ORGANIC CERTIFIED INGREDIENTS. We strongly believe in unique & effective combinations for our products. We believe footcare products don’t have to only be tea tree and peppermint. Each of our ingredients are selected for a purpose.
Is the nourishing foot butter and moisturizing foot polish offered year around?
No, our products are truly natural with no chemical preservatives, which means they will melt in transit. We do not ship during the hot months (June, July and August). If you are in need of a moisturizer we recommend our revitalizing foot oil or healing foot balm.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we do provide samples to qualifying orders of $50+ while our supplies last. We are unable to send out samples without purchase. If samples arrive damaged or missing we are not able to resend a replacement. Our samples are not customizable. We send a sample to enhance your overall Naturally London experience.
