Are you familiar with the term Nail Slugging? -- It is a simple method to restore moisture into your skin through a deep moisturization. 

NAIL SLUGGING DIRECTIONS:
(1) Apply a drop of oil to each one of your nails.
(2) Rub the oil into your cuticle and nail bed.
(3) Apply a thick moisturizer or cream that doesn't have water as a main ingredient.
(4) Rub the moisturizer into your nails and cuticle.
(5) Let it all soak in for super nourished and moisturized nails.
*Some people use Vaseline or Aquaphor, but we wanted to let you know there is a clean beauty option.
