Led by Naturally London’s founder, this live workshop is a monthly gathering designed to help you rethink how you regulate your nervous system, manage emotional fatigue, and return to ease — without guilt. *All sales are final. In the case of inclement weather, you use your ticket for a future workshop or get a store credit.

From cascading falls to serene lakeshores, the WaterWalks Editions are a curated series of seasonal, guided nature experiences across the DMV — each with its own location, theme, and sensory moments.

Every month from September to December, we gather in a different water-centered landscape for:

• A guided hike or lakeside walk

• Gentle wellness activities woven into the setting

• Nourishing snacks + hydration

• Two Naturally London giveways

• For WaterWalks wear sturdy shoes with good grip, bring an empty book bag and a hat (optional).

Whether you join one edition or all four, you’ll leave lighter, calmer, and more connected to nature, to others, and to yourself.
