Live VIP Session (Approx. 3 Hours | Digital)
- Session One (90 Minutes): We unpack your primary goal, identify mindset patterns, and clarify what can be simplified or released immediately.
- Integration Break (60 Minutes): A built-in pause to allow insight to settle before moving into application.
- Session Two (90 Minutes): We build your personal Comfort Blueprint live—covering daily rhythms, environmental shifts, regulation tools, and home-based practices.
