12 DAYS OF GROUNDING: DAY 3
On the third day of Grounding, my favorite grounding technique for me... is savoring a drink or taste.

When savoring your drink or taste focus on the following points:

🌱 Be present when tasting your drink
🌱 Is your drink warm or cold
🌱 Take a deep inhale and smell your drink
🌱 Don't rush drinking by taking small sips

This is a great technique to either start or end your day. Many of us do this partially when you make a cup of coffee. The next step is be present vs. programmed.
