Many consumers may not know the answer to this question. Some may be too shy to ask. Well, we at Naturally London want to arm you with knowledge as you become a more conscious consumer.
We have been asked why is our moisturizing foot polish called a polish versus a scrub. The answer is very easy. Brands like us try to give as much info as possible even down to the smallest detail of the name.
One of our wonderful supporters asked "What's the difference between a polish and a scrub?"
This is a wonderful question and here is our response:
A scrub is meant to cleanse the skin and exfoliate at the same time. Typically, they get sudsy and rinse away clean.
A polish does not cleanse, but mainly moisturizes and exfoliates the skin. This means your skin/feet should be left with a super moisturized skin.
Just to note, our
moisturizing foot polish is salt-based, which is a natural skin purifier. So, there is a "cleansing" element to our polish as well. We believe in providing the best of both worlds.
You should exfoliate no more than 2-3 times per week. Avoid over exfoliating and listen to your skin. If you have sensitive skin, start out with once a week and work your way up. Always use a lotion, butter or balm after exfoliating your skin.
