WHAT IS A BOUNDARY?
It can be physical or mental. Its something indicates a limit.
EXAMPLES OF BOUNDARIES

-
One of the most difficult , because it involves you having limits with people and having to enforce them. One of the most stressful things can be to tell someone you care about or love the word "NO". Relationship boundaries keep friends, family and coworkers within your limits.
HOW TO SET A BOUNDARY
-
Start off small.
-
Be consistent.
-
Trust & honor yourself.
Example of setting a boundary: You will not take any business calls after 6pm. Another example is that your coworkers need to knock before entering your office.
This may be a challenge for some of us, especially those of us that are people pleasers. Just keep in mind, the more you set boundaries this "muscle" will get stronger. You have to be your own advocate and setting boundaries will increase your own self-respect and demand others to respect you as well.
