For cold soaking, we recommend filling your foot bin with a little bit of warm water first to thoroughly dissolve your foot soak. Then fill the rest of your soak with cold water.  Soak your tootsies for at least one minute. Keep in mind you can do a cold soak without any foot soak added, with cold water only. For hot soaking, soak for at least 10 minutes and you will feel wonderful.
