Best Ways to Recover from Fun Overload

 

It's doesn't matter if you celebrate with your children or with a girls night out, we all need to recover from all the Halloween shenanigans. Lack of sleep, achy feet, adult beverages and candy galor are all reason enough for us to need to get ourselves back together. Especially, since for most, Halloween is the start of all of our upcoming festivities.

To revitalize yourself, we recommend a hot bath. You can do a quick & simple DIY recipe or use your favorite bath salts. Our favorite home recipe is 1 to 2 cups of apple cider vinegar OR 1 cup of Epsom salt. Soak away achy muscles, stress and exhaustion.
