We believe in showing your feet love 365 days out the year. But this week is extra special since today is Valentine's Day. We have some sexy and fun ways you can pamper your spouses or partner's feet that will have them looking at your in a completely different way.

Before we get started completely, we wanted to drop some useful facts about your feet:

  • There are over 7,000 nerve endings in your feet.
  • Your feet are a major erogenous zone.
  • By relaxing your feet, you will relax your entire body.

The best gift is the gift of touch, especially sensual touch from the one you love. We have some very easy and effective tips on how to pamper your partner's feet. There is no particular order. Let's get started...

  1. Tickle, tickle. Grab yourself a feather (we love a peacock feather) and gentle brush your partners toes. Watch them squirm and giggle.
  2. Wax on, wax off. Get a lotion or cream and rub your partners toes for a wonderful massage. Be sure to use your thumbs.
  3. Scrub a dub, dub. Wash your partners feet. It is an ancient practice and extremely effective to show your partner how much you care. You will need an empty foot bin and a pitcher of warm water, a cleansing soap, a foot cream and a hand towel. Be sure to slowly pour the warm water over your partners feet. Pair this with a glass of wine and stimulating conversation. It's a party.
  4. Flex & release. We mentioned a general massage earlier, but now we want to introduce reflexology. Use a nice oil for this practice. There is a chart to map out your foot, plus here are some basic tips for How to perform Reflexology.
  5. Ice, ice baby. You will need to do a bit of prep work for this one. Put a small Dixie cup filled with water in the freezer. After frozen peel back the reveal some of the ice. Rub the ice cube on your partner feet, the soles of feet, around the ankle bone.
  6. Soak it away. Create a sensual foot soak for your partner. Add some relaxing salts, rose petals, marbles. Allow them to soak their feet.
  7. Get pedi. Do a simple pedicure for your partner. It only takes a couple of steps. Allow them to soak their feet (incorporate #6), then you simple push back their cuticles with some cuticle oil, clip their toe nails, file them down and moisturize. Viola, you're done!
  8. Go bare. Remove the socks and shoes of your partner's feet and just be bare. This is super important in grounding yourself. Our feet were made for us to be barefoot. So, dance around the house. Get silly and simple be bare.
  9. Spa it up. We have mentioned doing a simple pedi for your partner. What about a fancy one? You will need foot polish, a foot masque and a relaxing foot spray.
  10. This little piggy. Play footsies games with your partner. At the end of the day, what better way to see them smile.
  11. For ladies only. Paint your partner's toes with a non-toxic nail polish. Add another level of sensuality by creating a breeze. Gently blow on your partner's feet to help dry the polish.
  12. Stomp. It's a experience they will never forget, but grab some grapes and have them stomp on them. Grapes have tartaric and malic acids that will allow for a gentle exfoliation and some fun. If you don't want to do grapes, simply rub some lemon slices on your partners feet.
  13. Treat them like a Sundae. Drizzle your favorite toppings on their toes. And we will let you figure the out the rest.
  14. Play tootsies. Who doesn't like to play tootsies with their partner. Just cuddle up and watch a big smile on their face as your play. Be sure you have prepped your toes prior to this, which you can do in a few easy steps.

We hope you have enjoyed our list of partner pampering fun. Be sure to have fun no matter which one you try. There are no rules. You can do one or pair several of them together for the ultimate pampering experience. Happy Valentine's Day!

Most of us now full throttle after the new year. We are back to work. We are back to our regular routines. We are for the most part done with all of the merriment of eating and drink with the ones we love. So now what? We feel sluggish, yucky and need to detox. Well we have some great tips that will make it simple, easy and pleasant.

We have three easy ways to detox after the new year.

Sometimes we know the answers to the our own questions, but we need to hear it over and over. The most economical way to detox is simply drink water. Not 8 ounces or even 64 ounces. Your goal needs to be a gallon of water a day. This amount of water is going to flush your system of everything.

Yes, you will need to urinate frequently.

Yes, it is not easy to do.

Yes, you will feel amazing.

Do this for a week and you will see results you could never imagine, simply from drinking more water.

It can be exhausting from all the traveling, family festivities and gathering of friends. We are non-stop from October to January with all the holiday cheer. Let's take a moment and wooooowsa by allowing your mind to be rid of stress, to do's and our hopes for the new year. We challenge you to quiet your mind by simplifying your thoughts.

Here is the exercise:

1. Sit down and write down all of the things you wanted to do in 2016 that you didn't accomplish.

2. Rip up the list. Let go of these things that burden you mind to free you up for today.

3. On the next day preferably in the morning, write down 3 realistic goals you have for your current day.

4. Now rip up this list (just kidding). Only focus on these three goals for the entire day.

5. At night, acknowledge what you accomplished and let go of what you didn't get done. Don't carry burdens over with you each day. This type of stress causes crow's feet (just kidding again).

Simply focus on achieving your list and not what the next list will be for tomorrow. Be present and don't beat yourself up.

Yes, you will feel silly for writing a list and then ripping it up.

Yes, it will take practice for you to only write three realistic goals.

Yes, by learning how to quiet your mind and focus on three goals at a time, you will feel more focused.

Get grounded in more ways than one by taking care of yourself. We want to help you with a stress detoxification. We have a great detox kit that includes Soothing Foot Teat (Flower Power), Detoxifying Foot Masque (Seaing Green) and a Antioxidant Foot Spray (Get Grounded) that will make the stress in your life melt away. You will be surprised by taking time for yourself how much better you will feel.

Yes, by treating your feet it will affect the rest of your body.

Yes, you will need to set aside some me time.

Yes, you & your feet will feet calm, soothed and amazing.

So why not get fancy and do all three of these, because it is totally doable and in 2017 we are sure we could all use a little extra TLC.

Let's not have Jack Frost nipping at dry, rough toes. Winter is only a few weeks away and its time to step up our foot care maintenance. We are here to share a few easy & practical steps that will keep your feet soft & moisturized all winter season.

1. DAILY CLEANSE. You will be surprised how many people do not wash their feet. Most of us simply allow water to run over our feet when taking a shower. Think about it... If you actually wash your feet using a brush or cloth you are going to remove dead skin during this process.

If you want the easiest way to clean your feet, try a system like Footmate, which easily suction cups onto your shower floor and allows for you to thoroughly cleanse your feet. A proper daily cleanse will remove dead skin and soften your feet.

2. INSTANT MOISTURIZING. Time is truly of the essence and we are here to tell you that in order to lock in maximum moisture and softness, be sure to moisturize your feet right after bathing.

Glide on some nourishing foot butter before going on with the rest of your day or heading to bed. It will make all the difference in the long run!

3. KEEP COVERED. We all know the good ol' socks while we sleep trick to wake up to super soft feet. Well, we are here to cue you in on another secret. If you want super soft feet, wear socks or footies with all of your shoes. Most women, don't wear anything with our flats, heels, sandals. Combining sweat + "rubbage" = roughness.

There are footies for all shoes, especially if you like peeptoe shoes. By wearing footies, it will minimize the rubbing that causes leathery rough feet.

4. SOAK, SOAK, SOAK. Showers are great, but they don't provide the same softness like taking a bath or simply soaking your feet. By doing a warm foot soak at least once a week with a moisturizing foot soak or foot milk you will experience an intense exfoliation of dead skin.

Even though you skin will be super moisturized after soaking, we recommend lathering on some emollient cream.

5. IT'S NOT WHAT YOU DO, IT'S HOW YOU DO IT. We all know that we need to exfoliate our feet, but how many of us are doing it right? When it comes to doing anything in life you have to think to yourself, if its takes time to make it happen, it will take time to undo it. We highly recommend for everyone to embrace the gentle exfoliation process. The worse thing to do is shave your feet down or do treatments that remove excessive massive layers of skin. Why do you ask? Our skin is our biggest organ that is magnificent. It will respond to the sudden loss of layers by growing back thicker for "protection".

We have several ways you can exfoliate your feet, which gives great results with the first use and over time. Our favorite is Pink Power Moisturizing foot polish that really sloughs off deadskin and moisturizes at the same time!  But, if you are like us, you like to just sit down and let the magic happen, we love our foot milk & foot soaks. Yowsers, the dead skin will melt off.

There you have it! Hopefully, we have given you a few golden nuggets that will step up your feet game for this Winter. If you want to whip your feet into shape, this kit has all the things needed to leave your feet soft and a smile on your face! Please be sure to share any feedback in the comment section. Especially if you have any questions.
