Black Peppercorn is rich in vitamins and is a powerful antioxidant. Something so simple and found in most of our kitchens packs so many wonderful benefits for our skin and overall well being. We wanted to share the many benefits of black peppercorn, as well as some of our favorite beauty hacks.

  1. SMOOTH OPERATOR: Add freshly ground black peppercorn to you favorite body wash to exfoliate your skin. Plus, it aids in minimizing cellulite.
  2. OIL INFUSION: Create a black peppercorn oil infusion that can be used for a multitude of purposes such as a hair growth stimulator or cellulite treatment. What you need is a mason jar, jojoba or almond oil and crushed black peppercorn. Mix the black peppercorn with the oil and pour into the mason jar. Fill the jar up to the very top. Allow the jar to sit for at least three weeks. After three weeks, drain the peppercorn from the oil. Store your oil in a container and use it as your feel necessary.  Please be sure to do an allergy test prior to applying any natural products on large surfaces.
  3. ANTI-AGING MAGIC: You are probably expecting some amazing recipe with black peppercorn or black pepper essential oil. But, actually this spice is so powerful all you have to do is add black pepper to your diet and watch the wrinkles melt away. Be sure to use fresh ground black peppercorn and remember the ground peppercorns are only good for 3 months. Using it as a seasoning or dressing are super easy. Good ole fashion salt & pepper on most proteins is always a winner. Adding black peppercorn and lemon juice to any salad will add a nice zing.
Besides these amazing skin hacks, keep in mind the excellent internal bennies you reap simply by incorporating Black Peppercorn into your daily diet. Calendula is a powerhouse in the medicinal plant family that we incorporate in our product line. Owning an all-natural beauty product company, we use ingredients such as this for their amazing benefits and qualities. You can find this amazing ingredient in several of our products. For those that may not know, here are some of the wonderful benefits from this magnificent plant.

Here are a few simple beauty hacks to reap all of the benefits Calendula has to offer!


This is super duper easy to do and make if you have the time and desire to do this beneficial DIY. All you need is a small mason jar, a vegetable oil (not cooking oil) and dried Calendula flowers. Wash out your mason jar and thoroughly let it dry. You do not want any water in the jar. Place the flowers into the jar about 3/4 full. Then pour the vegetable oil over completely covering the flower. Seal tight and allow to sit in sunlight for about 3 weeks. 

After three weeks, strain with a cheesecloth and store in a cute container. Keep this in you bathroom and apply in the morning and at night. Viola! You have made an Calendula infused oil.

Olive Oil
Sweet Almond Oil
Sesame oil 
Benefit: Accelerates healing process, soothes chapped skin & reduces redness from inflamed skin.


All you need to make this happen is an empty and cleaned 4oz glass spritz bottle, measuring cup, dried Calendula flowers, witch hazel and lavender essential oil. Steep flowers in hot water and safely drain and set liquid aside to cool. Grab a measuring cup and pour two ounces of witch has and a few drops of lavender oil into the measuring cup. Then add two ounces of the cooled Calendula tea. Pour all of the concoction into your glass spritzer.

Shake well and spritz. Great for gently waking up your skin in the morning or calming your skin at night.

Are you a fan of tea? There are many teas for many different reasons such aiding in digestion, restlessness and detoxification. The use of herbs & flowers have endless of benefits and uses for the body. We took some of our favorite ingredients to produce a wonderful Soothing Foot Tea. Here are a few frequently asked questions and step-by-step directions on how to get the best results with your foot tea.


1. DO YOU DRINK THE FOOT? Nope, this tea is for soaking your feet and wasn't designed for consumption.
2. WHAT IS THE RESULTS TO EXPECT? Our foot tea is very soothing to your feet. After soaking you will have a cooling sensation. We use some ingredients that are prone for detoxification. Plus, you will get a mild exfoliation.
3. IS THERE ANY ESSENTIAL OILS USED? Yes, we added a synergy blend of some of our most revitalizing therapeutic grade essential oils such as grapefruit, ginger and lemon. Each essential oil used is not only for its amazing scent but the benefits to your skin and feet. To find out more about the benefits of each oil, check out our benefits page.
4. WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS? Calendula, Spearmint, Chickweed, Orange Rinds, Chamomile, Rosehip, Dead sea salt, Fruit acids, Epsom salt and a synergy of therapeutic grade essential oils.
5. HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE MY FOOT TEA? Your foot tea comes in a metal tin with three already full muslin tea bags. We recommend using the foot tea bag once, but if you desire you can get 1 - 2 more uses from each tea bag. Be sure to lay the tea bag out to dry between each use.


1. Gather all of your supplies and items to include a foot bin, hand towel, pumice and any desired foot tools.
2. Not all faucet temperatures are created equal, therefore you can chose to either use the hot water out of your faucet or boil a small pot of water. After the pot starts to boil, remove from heat and drop in the foot tea bag. Allow for tea to steep for a few minutes. Then pour the entire contents including the foot tea bag into your foot bin and add cool water to achieve desired temperature.
3. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes.
4. Use the foot tea bag as a exfoliator to remove dead skin.
5. Remove your feet and pat dry.
6. Be sure to moisturize your feet with a foot butter.
7. Simply pour your used foot soak down the sink. 

Your feet will be soothed, cool and smell superb!

Green tea is subtle and yet a very powerful ally in the wonderful world of beauty.  We all know that it is a great antioxidant and metabolism booster, which is why we use it in our Detoxifying foot masque. But did you know there are a few other ways you can use green tea to really maximize the beauty benefits.


  • Anti-aging/anti-wrinkle

  • Invigorates skin & hair


  1. UNDER EYE PICK ME UP: Best for minimizing puffiness and brighten dark under eye circles. Recipe: 2 used green bags or 1/4 teaspoon Matcha, 1/2 lemon. Directions: Take used tea bags and soak in lemon juice place under eyes. If you chose Matcha, mix with lemon juice into a paste and apply under eyes. Let dry and then rinse with warm water. Do not get mixtures in your eyes.
  2. SOOTHING TONIC: Best for treating acne, sun damage and sunburns. Recipe: 2oz green tea, 1oz witch hazel, 1oz aloe vera, 1-2 drops of tea tree oil, 203 drops of lavender essential oil. Directions: Make a cup of green tea and let the tea cool to room temp. Add with hazel and aloe very and 1-2 drops of tea tree oil. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil. After cleansing your face, simply wipe it down with a cotton ball soaked in your tonic or mist tonic on face with spritz bottle. Anti-aging Toner Recipe: Boil rose water and add a green tea bag. Let cool. Our into a spritz and use on freshly washed face. Be sure to refrigerate both toners.
  3. HAIR CLARIFIER: Best for clarifying, conditioning and making hair shiny. Green tea prevents split ends and treats dandruff. Directions: Simply boil a few tea bags and allow the tea to cool. After washing your hair, pour the cooled tea over your hair as a conditioner.
  4. ACNE ZAPPER: Best for acne annihilation, getting clean & clear skin. For an easy hack, add cooled green tea to your facial wash to increase acne zapping benefits. Green Tea Mask Recipe: Mix 2 Tbsp of honey and green tea. Add drops of green tea until making a paste. Apply mask to face and leave on for 5-7 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
  5. SKIN EXFOLIATOR: Best for gentle removal of dead skin. Recipe: 1 tea bag, 3 teaspoons of plain yogurt. Directions: Use dry green tea leaves with 3 teaspoons of plain yogurt for an intense exfoliation and gently scrub in a circular motion.
